About Me 

My name is Karl Perera. I own www.more-selfesteem.com which I started in 1998.

I also own and run www.depression-helper.com

I am a Life Coach, Teacher and Author living in England and also spending time in Turkey. I am English. I have lectured in Universities in Turkey and back home at Durham University in the UK.

I am a former sufferer of low self esteem and depression. I know what it takes to boost your esteem, confidence and become a happy and fulfilled person because I have gone through the nightmare that you face and have emerged with a wealth of experience which I use to help people.

I have made it my mission to help others improve their self esteem and confidence in order to make a better life for themselves. I have helped hundreds of people just like you with these problems.

I have written a book called "Self Esteem Secrets" and have sold hundreds of copies to people across the globe. The book has been sold in e-book form and is also available as a paperback book from Amazon.

I have created "A More Confident You" (a CD which I am going to giveaway for FREE) and have built a membership site filled with amazing advice and tips on self help.
