How does Coaching work?
Once you have arranged to start coaching you need to prepare yourself to get the very best out of your coaching
sessions. Write down some questions and think about what you'd like to discuss with your coach. Things you should
discuss are your thoughts, ideas and concerns and anything you are confused about.
One of the most important things for you to think about before you start online coaching is what you hope to get

Coaching sessions usually last between 30 minutes to one hour and take place usually weekly. Your coach will

own ideas too. Coaching should never be about the Coach telling the client what to do.
The coach and client relationship should be one of partnership. What this really means is that you will work
with your coach and he or she with you. This requires commitment and patience for both the client and the coach.
Life changes are not made quickly and are not easy so patience and effort is necessary. Results should begin to
show after a few weeks but again the results depend not only on the quality of the coaching but also on the
commitment and effort you put into it.
